August PNO
Hi everyone! PNO is this Saturday night (August 8th) from 6-10 pm at the Flip Zone. Please remember it is $5 per group of four kiddos for dinner. **If your kiddo has special diet needs, please pack an appropriate meal for them...we do have a refrigerator we can access if necessary. Please bring a change of clothes/diapers/pullups for the little ones. If your kiddo misses school of Friday with the stomach bug going around, please keep them home from PNO. We'd appreciate not sharing the bug. If you have not already RSVP'd please let me know as soon as possible at sakerner@hfasi.org. Thanks!! |
Cookbook Project
Development has begun for our first Cookbook fundraising project
and we need your help!! More importantly... we need your families'
favorite recipes. Within the book we will also feature artwork from our
kiddos and family summaries. Within that summary, please tell us about
your family and how HFASI and/or PNO has been a benefit to you. We have
some artwork that was completed during previous Parents Night Out
activities but if you have additional artwork featured on your
refrigerator today, please take a photo or scan it and submit that as
well. Watch here soon for more information about how to submit, a template for the family summary, etc. |

PNO is back in May!!
We are good to go for the rest of 2014!!!!! A gentleman has donated enough funds in the name of his late wife to keep PNO going for the rest of the year. Our theme for Saturday night will be "A Night at the Races". We will be at the Flip Zone from 6 pm to 10 pm on Saturday 5/10/14. Please bring $5 pizza fees for the first three kids in your group; and $5 for each additional group of up to 3. Younger kiddos need a change of clothes in case of accident. PNO is BACK!!!!!
Now that we have your attention: Parents' Night out will resume Saturday night, February 8th at the Flip Zone in Plainfield! Same hours (6p-10p), we just changed the day to the second Saturday of each month for 2014! Everyone will need to complete a new waiver for each kiddo prior to the event. Also, I will need new family information since mine is likely out of date. I will email these forms to you as families RSVP. Remember, foster kids need to have waivers signed by birth parents, or in cases where TPR has occurred, the case worker may sign. I will need a foster parent volunteer on site for each session. Please feel free to sign up to take a turn! All families will be asked to contribute $5 for every four kids to cover food/beverage costs for each event. Email sakerner@hfasi.org to RSVP.
