Now that we have your attention:  Parents' Night out will resume Saturday night, February 8th at the Flip Zone in Plainfield!  Same hours (6p-10p), we just changed the day to the second Saturday of each month for 2014!

Everyone will need to complete a new waiver for each kiddo prior to the event.  Also, I will need new family information since mine is likely out of date.  I will email these forms to you as families RSVP.  Remember, foster kids need to have waivers signed by birth parents, or in cases where TPR has occurred, the case worker may sign.

I will need a foster parent volunteer on site for each session.  Please feel free to sign up to take a turn!

All families will be asked to contribute $5 for every four kids to cover food/beverage costs for each event.
